PEDIGREE NOTES TERMS
Any user violating these rules can have their account suspended or terminated without warning.
Please read and understand these rules before using the site.
Restrictions on user defined data
You are free to pick any username you like, design your profile and comment on your tracked notes. However, we will not tolerate offensive material, in particular insults, spam or references to adult or illegal content. Also, your username should not contain email addresses or URLs. Multiple accounts for a single user are not allowed!
As a user who wants to upload a note, please be patient and follow the uploading rules. Keep in mind that any uploading field has a purpose and helps to the best advertising of your notes, so don't rush, give as many details you can about each of your note and remember: your notes value rises with every detail you are able to provide about it. Also, upload just the notes you have, don't try to upload publicly displayed notes or whatever images with notes data you find on the internet. Sooner or later someone will find the abuse and your account will be terminated.
When you choose to sell your notes please make sure you specified clearly all your terms before a trade is closed. Try to stick to your terms and don't change the rules in the middle of the game. Also, if you are a buyer, try to communicate with the seller about the terms of the trade and stick to that. The most important thing in a trade is communication: if you have that, everything is gonna be OK for both of you. Anyway, if something goes wrong (the buyer doesn't get the note bought, etc.) just keep in touch with the user and if nothing is changing contact the Pedigree Notes staff. Make sure you share with us as much as possible details about your trade. The users who doesn't follow the trade rules will have the accounts suspended or terminated.
Every user may buy-back or trade again a note who sometimes in the past he(she) owned. Anyway, repeated trades of the same note by the same user doesn't necessarily increase it's value, but can attract a suspicion and your account may be suspended.
Communication between users
The users have a chat option for communication. Given the sensitivity of sharing personal information and the big value you share once you upload your notes, we don't allow sharing personal information in the chat room, other than your nickname and what you already shared on the note's page (country, general locations). Don't let unknown persons (being them registered users!) to have your full address, phone number or other details who can locate you. Keep your privacy protected as much as you can. Pedigree Notes website and Pedigree Notes LLC do not assume any violation of your privacy, and more than that, your account may be suspended on not following these rules.
The rates are provided by the other registered users, at sole discretion. Anyway, a user can rate a note just once from an IP address.
Fake Notes and fake information
Fake information about the notes is not allowed on the Pedigree Notes website. Any user who try to give fake information will have the account terminated and the Pedigree Notes staff will start procedures to alert the user's local/regional/country police. Fake notes are allowed on Pedigree Notes website, but you have to make sure that you let everybody know it's a fake/fantasy note, writing that down in the description field. Fake notes are collectible too, but you have to specify if your note is fake. Pedigree notes staff doesn't specifically check the validity of the notes uploaded, or the truth behind the owner's description or pedigrees, but any time when the users will alert the Pedigree Notes staff about a suspected note, the staff will treat the matter with all the gravity and seriousness. All the users are encouraged to check the notes they trade and contact the Pedigree Notes staff immediately if something seems wrong about a note.
Pedigree Notes does not encourage the defacement of the notes. If you choose to mark your notes, do so in a reasonable and prudent manner. Please search, read and follow your country's rules regarding notes defacement.

TIPS FOR HAVING FUN WITH PEDIGREENOTES.COM
What makes a note worthwhile? Of course, the denomination on it and the purchasing power. But also in the case of collections, the quality of the note, the technical data (when it was issued, by whom, under what circumstances, etc.) and especially what is her STORY?
- where did that note go?
- who did it?
- what extraordinary events has passed?
- who had it in his/her hands?
- who signed or used it?
So who should enjoy this website?
- anyone who wants to simply track a note
- anyone who wants to keep or sell or use it in a transaction after giving it value, taking it to an extraordinary place or having it in extraordinary events or giving it a "pedigree" in one way or another
- those who travel around the world
- autograph hunters
- those who love to socialize
- those who like to compete (because it's a competition between continents, countries, regions!)
- those who are passionate about tracking in general
- those who are passionate about a GOOD STORY.
So take a note, take a good look at it, load it on the website and rise it's value! Maybe it will struck you in the face once you will find it's already in the database and it already has a HISTORY! And when you have a note that doesn't have any value more than it's face value, don't be greedy, just give it SOME value, then release it in your transactions, waiting for someone else to find it and to continue to rise it's value.
It's fun! It's profitable! It's science!
